Terms & Conditions / Guest Policy

General guest policy for bookings, stay conduct, payment, safety, legal compliance, and property rules.

Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by management.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
  • Tariffs may vary by season, occupancy, events, festivals, or management policy.
  • Cancellation or modification requests must be made through the original booking source or directly with management.

Check-in & Identification

  • All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
  • Foreign nationals must present valid passport, visa, and required travel documents.
  • Guests below 18 years may not be permitted to check in without valid supervision by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.

Payment & Property Responsibility

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, UPI, cards, bank transfer, wallets, or online payment gateways.
  • All outstanding dues must be cleared before check-out.
  • Guests are financially liable for damages caused to rooms, furniture, fixtures, electronics, linen, decor, or property assets.

Guest Conduct & Safety

  • Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, management, other guests, and neighboring premises.
  • Excessive noise, loud music, disruptive behavior, harassment, illegal activities, narcotics, gambling, or property misuse are prohibited.
  • Common areas may be under CCTV surveillance for safety and security.
  • Guests are responsible for safeguarding valuables and personal belongings.

Visitors, Parking & Local Law

  • Visitors may be permitted only after registration and approval by management.
  • Vehicle parking is subject to availability and at the owner’s risk.
  • Guests must comply with Indian laws, West Bengal regulations, municipal rules, tourism guidelines, and police requirements.

Management Rights

  • Management may refuse accommodation or services for security, legal, operational, or behavioral reasons.
  • Management may terminate accommodation without refund in case of policy violations, unlawful conduct, nuisance, or safety concerns.
  • By making a reservation, entering the premises, checking in, or using any facility, guests agree to comply with these policies.
