House rules designed to maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and peaceful stay environment for everyone.

Guest Conduct

  • All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in rooms and common areas at all times.
  • Respect fellow guests, PG residents, staff members, and property rules.
  • Loud music, parties, and disturbances are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property Rules

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are not permitted within the premises.
  • Visitors are allowed only during approved visiting hours with management permission.
  • Guests must switch off lights, fans, AC, and electrical appliances when not in use.
  • Cooking inside rooms may be restricted unless specifically permitted by management.
  • Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.

Responsibility

  • Any damage to furniture, appliances, linen, or property assets will be chargeable.
  • Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables.
  • Room rent or PG fees must be paid within the agreed schedule to avoid service interruption.
  • Management may cancel accommodation in case of misconduct or policy violations.
